I've always loved helping people. Learning about them, hearing their stories and connecting those I know and love with others as they work towards finding clarity on their journey. I was very blessed to have grown up in a large family. I'm the youngest of seven, and spent my childhood years on the south shore of Long Island. I also lived in the Bay Area from 1997 to 2005 before settling into Des Moines with my beautiful wife Mindy and amazing daughters Haley and Sydney. My family is my greatest blessing, and my joy is spending time as often as possible with them.

One of my other great passions is helping business owner and trusted advisor clients find clarity in their lives. In particular, their exit, succession, and key person retention endeavors. I also love connecting my clients with the best ideas, strategies and people. Simply knowing my efforts made a positive impact in their lives means the world to me.

My areas of specialization include Business Succession and Exit Planning, Wealth Transfer and Executive Benefits Planning. I help my friends and clients in many other areas too. Sometimes just being an ear to listen can make all the difference.
